This program is for you if you desire to lose those stubborn 10 pounds, and you're ready for a proven workout regimen that incorporates weight lifting. You simply desire to feel healthy and confident without feeling overwhelmed by your efforts. You are a busy female looking for simple and healthy meals to prep. You want to enjoy margarita night while also feeling confident the next day. Fad diets do not exist here. We believe in realistic and maintainable goal setting that will lead to achieving long-lasting results over.
Frequently Asked Questions
Workout plans at minimum need dumbbells and a long resistance band. Gym setting is not required, but would be enjoyable for those that have access. Traditional equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, bands, cables, and medicine balls will get the most results. These workouts will make you fall in love with working out again!
The app will be the home of Hot and Healthy-ish; everything will be done via the app! This is where you will have access to all your educational content, workouts (with video demos of each exercise, yay!), and your weekly meal plans. There will also be a chat to interact with the other dedicated women; we will all win together.
We built Hot and Healthy-ish to maintain your health and habits through all phases of life, but if you desire to leave, you can cancel anytime. Payments of each month are in full, so you will have to complete a month to get to the cancellation. From your dedication and adherence to our program Lauren and Janelle are confident that you will find value and make positive change with consistency.
