Warm peach pie or cobbler was in mind as I created a healthy oat version for breakfast. These peach cobbler overnight oats have a serving of carbs and a serving of fruit. A delicious way to start the day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 cup peaches
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients
Mix together with a spoon
Store covered in the fridge overnight until you are ready to eat
Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
