Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

Sometimes you need a steamy bowl of chicken noodle soup. We combined comfort and prioritized vegetables. You have to give this a try!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Poach chicken (see instructions below)
  • Chop celery, carrots, and onion
  • Saute veggies with oil in a soup pot
  • Add broth and bring to a boil
  • Add egg noodles and cook 6 minutes
  • Add chili powder and lemon pepper
  • Add shredded chicken, cook 10 minutes
  • Add salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

POACH CHICKEN

  • Boil salted water
  • Add chicken and cook 12-15 minutes
