Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

Squash is a staple in my meal prep recipes. It’s a great way to incorporate more veggies that taste like carbs!


  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 taco packet
  • 1/2 can black beans
  • 1/2 can sweet corns
  • 1 avocado
  • Toppings: cheese & salsa


  • Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  • Spread oil, salt, and pepper on inside of squash
  • Face squash down on plate
  • Microwave for 12 minutes
  • Brown ground turkey with the taco packet
  • When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape noodles
  • Portion into 4 containers
  • Top with beans, corn, and cheese
  • After reheated, top with salsa and 1/4 avocado
  • Enjoy!
