Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breast
  • Box of Banza rice
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Red cabbage
  • Edamame
  • Shredded carrots
  • Peanuts
  • Peanut sauce
  • Optional: cilantro, green onion, and lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook rice
  • Portion into 4 bowls
  • Divide cabbage, carrots, peppers, and edamame
  • Make cast iron chicken and divide
  • When you reheat, top with cilantro, green onion, lime juice, peanuts, and peanut sauce
  • Enjoy!
