Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

This mouth watering bowl was inspired by The Whole Kitchen. I made my version a bit healthier by using ground turkey, incorporating more veggies, and altered the comeback sauce. This is a great way to get in 2 servings of vegetables and a lean protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 broccoli heads
  • 1 bag brussel sprouts
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic salt

COMEBACK SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash and chop broccoli, brussels, and peppers
  • Spread on a baking sheet with olive oil, pepper and garlic salt
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Brown ground turkey with chili powder, pepper, and worcestershire
  • Make comeback sauce
  • Divide into 4 containers
  • Enjoy!
