This pizza spaghetti squash helps turn your cravings into a healthier alternative!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 sleeve italian sausage
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup pepperoni
- Crushed red pepper
- Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
- Spread oil, salt, and pepper on inside of squash
- Face squash down baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins
- Brown your italian sausage
- When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape noodles
- Combine noodles, pizza sauce, mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, and sausage
- Scoop back into squash halves, top with pepperonis, and bake for 8 minutes
- Sprinkle crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese
- Portion into 4 containers
- Enjoy!
