Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

A meal loaded with protein and veggies that tastes out of this world.


  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Red cabbage
  • Edamame
  • Shredded carrots
  • Peanut sauce
  • Optional: cilantro, green onion, and lime juice


  • Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  • Spread oil, salt, and pepper on inside of squash
  • Face squash down on plate or baking sheet
  • Microwave for 12 mins or bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins
  • When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape noodles
  • Portion into 4 containers
  • Top with peppers, edamame, cabbage, carrots, & peanut sauce
  • Optional: garnish with cilantro, lime juice, and green onion
