Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

A staple breakfast that hits every time. I love creamy avocado toast and tasting the hot honey flavor on top. This meal (or snack) has a protein, a healthy fat, and a carb. Give it a try sometime!


  • 1 slice multigrain toast
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp of honey


  • Scramble your eggs
  • Make toast and spread avocado
  • Add eggs to toast
  • Top with crushed red pepper and a drizzle of honey
