This pizza spaghetti squash helps turn your cravings into a healthier alternative!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 sleeve italian sausage
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  • Spread oil, salt, and pepper on inside of squash
  • Face squash down baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins
  • Brown your italian sausage
  • When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape noodles
  • Combine noodles, pizza sauce, mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, and sausage
  • Scoop back into squash halves, top with pepperonis, and bake for 8 minutes
  • Sprinkle crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese
  • Portion into 4 containers
  • Enjoy!
