Chicken Tikka Masalaaa. Who knew Indian food could be so easy to make!? Spoiler alert: it’s all in the sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 jar tikka masala sauce
2 chicken breasts
2 bell peppers
1/2 onion
Top: cilantro & lemon or lime juice
Serve with rice (any type or basmati rice)
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
- Cook chicken
- Saute chicken, peppers, and onions
- Add tikka masala sauce
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- Top with lemon / lime juice, and cilantro
- Can eat with rice if wanting a carb
