Chicken Tikka Masalaaa. Say that with some sass. Who knew Indian food could be soo dang easy to make!? Spoiler alert: it’s all in the sauce. Enjoy this incredibly delish and quick meal for your next dinner.
1 jar tikka masala sauce
3 chicken breasts
1 pepper (diced)
Top: cilantro & lemon or lime juice
Serve with rice (any type or basmati rice)
1. Cook 3 chicken breasts and chop into 1 inch cubes
2. Sautee chicken, peppers, and onions in a skillet
3. Add tikka masala sauce, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes
4. Serve on a bed of rice
5. Top with lemon or lime juice, and cilantro
I made this recipe with fresh pepper, onion, and cilantro, but you can make it even more simple by just combining the chicken, sauce, and rice! Enjoy!!
