A staple meal made healthy! I love the flexibility when it comes to these Healthy Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes. This is a recipe the whole family can enjoy, and it’s great as meal prep. You can eat this meal on cauliflower rice. If you have a carb to spare, you can eat it on rice or a slider bun.

If you like your sloppy joes to taste sweet, I recommend keeping it easy and using a can of Manwich. The sauce in this sloppy joe recipe is intended to have low sugar, but don’t worry – it’s loaded with flavor.
