It’s official! I’ve mastered the art of the strawberry smoothie (and one that’s not loaded with sugar and calories). Seriously, this thing tastes like a stinkin’ strawberry milkshake! I use this smoothie to motivate myself to get through workouts so I can have a delicious treat that’s good for me. With summer coming up, this recipe will be in regular rotation.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 of a banana
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp sugar free vanilla jello powder
1 cup spinach (Optional if wanting more greens. Don’t worry, you can’t taste it).
Give this smoothie a try when you have a sweet tooth or want a refreshing snack. It’s a great way to get protein, fruits, and veggies. The key to the flavor is the vanilla jello powder and the vanilla protein. It’s hard to believe how healthy it is! Enjoy.
