Take everything you know about sweet and savory and make it into a protein-packed breakfast! This egg white & sausage sweet potato hash keeps you full and is perfect for meal prepping. Plus its only three ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups egg whites
- 1 sleeve sage breakfast sausage
- 1 package diced sweet potatoes
- Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a skillet brown your breakfast sausage and drain the grease
- In a skillet scramble 3 cups of eggs whites (or 3/4 cup per serving)
- Cook the diced sweet potatoes
- Portion eggs, sausage, and potatoes into 4 glass meal prep containers
- Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top
- Enjoy!
