This egg roll in a bowl is an incredible low carb dish. It can be made in 15 minutes! A delicious meal to keep your meal prep mix.


  • 2 bags of shredded cabbage
  • 1 sleeve of italian sausage
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)


  • In a really big skillet brown your sausage (do not drain the grease)
  • Add cabbage one bag at a time and cook until almost softened
  • Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce
  • Portion into glass meal prep containers
  • Enjoy!
