This egg roll in a bowl is an incredible low carb dish. It can be made in 15 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bags of shredded cabbage
- 1 sleeve of italian sausage
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a really big skillet brown your sausage
- Add cabbage one bag at a time and cook until almost softened
- Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce
- Portion into glass meal prep containers
- Enjoy!
