Bring out ALL the pumpkin recipes. These pumpkin protein balls are inspired by one of my all-time favorites – irresistible energy bites. I love that they have flaxseed and oats to keep my digestive system going, and it’s such a sweet way (literally) to get some extra protein. And don’t worry – these taste amazing. Let’s make them!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 serving vanilla protein or vital proteins
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Nutmeg or cinnamon
- White chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Form into balls
- Refridgerate
- Melt white chocolate
- Remove balls from the refridgerator
- Cover in white chocolate and sprinkle cinnamon or nut meg on top
- Put back in the fridge and take one out when you want to eat
- Enjoy!
