I remember my chest, neck, and shoulders feeling so tense. I bared the pain as long as I could until I visited the chiropractor. He kept recommending a low inflammatory diet, and I was confused why. But since trying it, I have felt better and now I make swaps when I can. Even though using ground turkey might not taste as good as traditional ground beef, I feel much better eating a less inflammatory meal. Let’s spice up this ground turkey chili to taste just right.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 12 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt
- Optional toppings: avocado and jalapenos

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a soup pot, sauté onion and ground turkey with 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic
- Drain cannellini beans
- Add remaining ingredients to pot
- Cover and cook on medium/high heat for 1-2 hrs
- Enjoy!
