Need a refreshing meal to change things up? Try this chicken pesto spaghetti squash. It’s juicy from the chicken and cherry tomatoes and refreshing from the pesto.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 spaghetti squash
 - 2 cans chicken
 - 4 tbsp pesto
 - 1 cup mozzerella
 - 1 handful cherry tomatoes
 - Olive oil, salt, and pepper
 

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
 - Spread oil, salt, and pepper on inside of squash
 - Face squash down on plate or baking sheet
 - Microwave for 12 mins or bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins
 - When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape noodles
 - In a bowl mix squash, drained chicken, 4 tbsp pesto, 3/4 cup mozzarella
 - Portion into 4 containers
 - Garnish with 1/4 cup cheese, tomatoes, and pesto
 - Enjoy!
