Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

Spicy girls, this one is for you. If you love pasta but don’t want all the fattening ingredients, this skinny girl buffalo chicken pasta is a tasty solution. It’s made with chickpea protein pasta and plain greek yogurt, AND it’s loaded with flavor. The best part is how simple it is to make. Truly a must-try!


  • 1 box Banza or any healthy penne
  • 1 can drained chicken (or 1 cup shredded chicken)
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 ranch packet
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzerella or parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of cream cheese


  • Cook pasta
  • Rinse and drain chicken
  • You can cook chicken in a skillet if preferred
  • Mix yogurt, ranch packet, hot sauce, cheese, and chicken together in a bowl
  • Split into 4 servings
  • Enjoy!
