It’s sweet summer time, and gardens are in full swing! Squash, peppers, and veggies are ready to be transformed into refreshing meals. This sheet pan shrimp, sausage, and veggie meal tastes great and couldn’t be easier to make!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package kielbasa sausage
- 1 package shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 3 yellow squash (medium size)
- 3 zucchini (medium size)
- 1 bell pepper
- olive oil, salt, & cajun
You can substitute or add any extra vegetables (brussel sprouts, mushrooms, etc)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut squash, zucchini, peppers, and sausage
- Wash shrimp
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or re-usable liner
- Spread ingredients and drizzle olive oil
- Sprinkle salt and cajun seasoning to taste
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins
- Enjoy!
