Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

A fall salad that actually satisfies – full of nutrients and delicious. You’ll love the tasty toppings and homemade dressing. The perfect healthy lunch!

INGREDIENTS

SALAD – PER 1 SERVING

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup mixed greens or spinach
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 2/3 cup (or 1 protein container) turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds

DRESSING – PER 1 MASON JAR

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Lay down your lettuce
  • Add the toppings
  • Drizzle 2 tbsp of dressing
  • Optional: chop the salad
  • Enjoy!
