This steak stir fry is filling, tasty, and full of nutrients. It’s super easy to make and can be altered to fit any meal plan. I’ve learned red meats stir up inflammation in my chest, neck and shoulders, but I haven’t given it up completely! Every once in a while I crave a good steak, and since it provides iron and energy, I’m happy to make it.
