This mango banana protein smoothie has been my recent summer obsession. Pregnancy has inspired me to create recipes like this because I’m always craving sweets, and you never know when a savory protein will make you feel nauseous. If you love refreshing smoothies, give this a try for breakfast or an afternoon snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 serving protein powder
- Optional: 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in blender except ice
Blend
Add ice to desired consistency
Enjoy!
