Gimme that

My pasta and seafood lovers are going to love this flavor bomb meal. There’s lean protein with shrimp, sausage, and protein pasta to reach our goals and still enjoy a delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box cooked protein pasta
  • 1 bag shrimp (detailed and deveined)
  • 1 package cajun sausage
  • 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Optional: light layer of cheese on top

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook pasta and shrimp
  • Chop pepper and onion
  • Combine all ingredients in a baking dish
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
  • Enjoy!
