INGREDIENTS
SALAD – PER 1 SERVING
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup mixed greens or spinach
- 1 cup diced apple
- 2/3 cup (or 1 protein container) turkey breast
- 1 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds
DRESSING – PER 1 MASON JAR
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay down your lettuce
- Add the toppings
- Drizzle 2 tbsp of dressing
- Optional: chop the salad
