My pasta and seafood lovers are going to love this flavor bomb meal. There’s lean protein with shrimp, sausage, and protein pasta to reach our goals and still enjoy a delicious meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box cooked protein pasta
- 1 bag shrimp (detailed and deveined)
- 1 package cajun sausage
- 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 jar alfredo sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Optional: light layer of cheese on top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta and shrimp
- Chop pepper and onion
- Combine all ingredients in a baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
- Enjoy!
