Take everything you know about sweet and savory and make it into a protein-packed breakfast! This egg white & sausage sweet potato hash keeps you full and is perfect for meal prepping. Plus its only three ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups egg whites
  • 1 sleeve sage breakfast sausage
  • 1 package diced sweet potatoes
  • Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a skillet brown your breakfast sausage and drain the grease
  • In a skillet scramble 3 cups of eggs whites (or 3/4 cup per serving)
  • Cook the diced sweet potatoes
  • Portion eggs, sausage, and potatoes into 4 glass meal prep containers
  • Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top
  • Enjoy!
