Get My Free Meal Prep Starter Guide 

Gimme that

Bring out ALL the pumpkin recipes. These pumpkin protein balls are inspired by one of my all-time favorites – irresistible energy bites. I love that they have flaxseed and oats to keep my digestive system going, and it’s such a sweet way (literally) to get some extra protein. And don’t worry – these taste amazing. Let’s make them!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 serving vanilla protein or vital proteins
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • Nutmeg or cinnamon
  • White chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Form into balls
  • Refridgerate
  • Melt white chocolate
  • Remove balls from the refridgerator
  • Cover in white chocolate and sprinkle cinnamon or nut meg on top
  • Put back in the fridge and take one out when you want to eat
  • Enjoy!
