Y’ALL, if you crave pumpkin sweets, these gluten-free pumpkin muffins are literally to die for. You won’t believe how much healthier they are than normal sweets because they taste that great. Make this recipe in under 25 minutes, and enjoy these gooey goodies.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 splash vanilla
- 1 egg
If you want to make this recipe as healthy as possible you can use natural pb, organic maple syrup, and dark choc chips. I used Vital Protein powder because it has 0g sugar, 18g protein, and 20g of collagen to help my hair, skin, and nails.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soften peanut butter in the microwave and add to mixing bowl
- Combine the remaining ingredients
- Use a cookie scoop and add mix to a greased muffin pan
- Bake at 325 for 15 minutes
