Smoothies are a tricky subject in the health and fitness world. You might ask what ones are loaded with sugar and calories, and what ones you can trust are actually good for you?

Rest assured this healthy green smoothie is made with four components (Kelly LeVeque calls them the Fab 4): protein, fat, fiber, and greens. They help you kickstart metabolism, promote healthy hair, skin, and nails, minimize hunger, tone muscles, aid digestion, reduce inflammation, develop muscles. Let’s learn how to make it!!
Ingredients
1 handful of spinach (I freeze mine so it lasts longer and makes it colder)
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein power (I love Vital Proteins. I also stir this in my morning coffee sometimes!)
1-2 tbsp chia seeds (You could also use flax seeds)
1/4 avocado
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
