INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breast
- Box of Banza rice
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Red cabbage
- Edamame
- Shredded carrots
- Peanuts
- Peanut sauce
- Optional: cilantro, green onion, and lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook rice
- Portion into 4 bowls
- Divide cabbage, carrots, peppers, and edamame
- Make cast iron chicken and divide
- When you reheat, top with cilantro, green onion, lime juice, peanuts, and peanut sauce
