This mouth watering bowl was inspired by The Whole Kitchen. I made my version a bit healthier by using ground turkey, incorporating more veggies, and altered the comeback sauce. This is a great way to get in 2 servings of vegetables and a lean protein!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground turkey
 - 2 broccoli heads
 - 1 bag brussel sprouts
 - 2 bell peppers
 - 1 tbsp worcestershire
 - Pepper
 - Chili powder
 - Garlic salt
 
COMEBACK SAUCE
- 1/2 cup light mayo
 - 1 tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tsp hot sauce
 - 1 tsp garlic salt
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp mustard
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
 - Wash and chop broccoli, brussels, and peppers
 - Spread on a baking sheet with olive oil, pepper and garlic salt
 - Bake for 20 minutes
 - Brown ground turkey with chili powder, pepper, and worcestershire
 - Make comeback sauce
 - Divide into 4 containers
 - Enjoy!
